Thanks Pawan! Real Estate Booming in Pithapuram

Pithapuram was bound to be a star assembly constituency after Pawan Kalyan announced he would be contesting there. Initially, there was some apprehension about whether Pawan would win this crucial seat, but these doubts were dispelled after he won with a 70K+ majority.

Shortly after winning Pithapuram, Pawan bought 3.5 acres of land near the Illindragada region, where he is likely to build his camp office and residence. Additionally, there are reports that Pawan is planning to buy another 16 acres of land in the same area and has initiated preliminary talks with nearby farmers.

With Pawan seeking to buy a substantial amount of land, the real estate market is said to be booming in Pithapuram. The fact that the Deputy CM is showing interest in acquiring large pieces of land in this area is reportedly encouraging many other investors to follow suit.

Before the election, Pawan announced that if he won Pithapuram, his friends and associates would set up software firms and other outlets there as part of his development plan for the region. In line with this, he has now started to acquire land in the area.

If Pawan successfully encourages his friends and associates to establish companies and create employment opportunities in Pithapuram, land prices could rise even further.

In particular, the lands close to Pawan’s newly purchased land are reportedly seeing soaring prices. An acre of roadside land is being quoted at Rs 2 crore, according to reports. This is a pleasantly surprising boom in the real estate market, and it appears that the people of Pithapuram have already started to reap the benefits of electing Pawan.
