Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address the nation today evening at 6 PM. “Will be sharing a message with my fellow citizens at 6 PM this evening”, tweeted PM Modi. While it is not clear what is going to be the subject of Modi’s speech, it is buzzed that the PM is going to talk about the decrease in the number of Covid-19 cases and India’s plan for the distribution of Covid-19 vaccine.
Meanwhile, media reports are rife that the Centre is planning to bring a Digital Health ID Card which is expected to be used for tracking recipients when the vaccine is ready for administration. It is reported that there could be two or three doses of the vaccine and hence the Union government is said to be coming up with this Unique Health ID.
Covid-19 vaccine development is progressing at a brisk pace in India. Several vaccines by prominent pharma companies are in various stages and some of them are in the advanced stages. Considering this, the government is planning to roll out a plan for the vaccine administration.
