Chandrababu Secures One of India’s Largest Investments for AP

Unemployed youth in Andhra Pradesh have a reason to smile. They can look forward for employment and better days.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his son, IT minister Nara Lokesh, for the last few days, have been investing all their time and energy in attracting major companies to the state to generate employment on a large-scale.

In a major breakthrough, Arcelor Mittal & Nippon Steel signed a joint venture to invest Rs 1.4 lakh crore, for setting up a 17.8 million tonne steel project in Anakapalli. The project will be set up in two phases.

Minister Lokesh and Aditya Mittal sealed the deal of the project, over a video conference.

At the same time, Chandrababu Naidu also spoke to Lakshmi Mittal.

Not forgetting about creating lakhs of jobs in the next five years, they have been trying to speak and convince industry giants to set up shop in the state.

It is worth recalling that Naidu also met manufacturers of drones during the Drone Festival held recently.
