TDP Cadre always sees former AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju as a firm YS Jagan sympathizer. Despite heading the AP wing of BJP, he reportedly had a soft corner for Jagan. Many believe that this was the reason why he was replaced from this post in the first place and Daggubati Purandeswari was brought in.

Coming to the topic now, Somu Veerraju who has been rather silent despite the thumping win of the NDA alliance in Andhra Pradesh has finally left the hibernation mode.

Today, Somu met Nara Lokesh and reportedly discussed the educational reforms that are to be brought in Andhra Pradesh. He stated that he had a very productive meeting with Nara Lokesh and the two of them were all smiles as they posed to the camera later.

Somu, who had been silent all along despite a landslide win for NDA leaving hibernation and coming out to meet Nara Lokesh today has become a topic of discussion.

With doubts being raised about the relevance of Jagan’s YCP in AP, and the increasing command for Lokesh in the NDA camp are adding circumstantial weight to this meeting. A few netizens are commenting that Somu might have decided to move on from Jagan who appears to be past his prime and shift towards Nara Lokesh who promises to be the thing in AP politics now.
