Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan has been a strong opposer of the government rice smuggling operation at the Kakinada Port. He waged a war against ex MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar during the YCP tenure, over this illegal smuggling operation.
Now that Pawan Kalyan is in a position of power, he has started to take a more serious stance to escalate the issue and ensure justice is served.
In his visit to the Kakinada Port today, Pawan ordered an immediate seizure of a ship that is involved with the smuggling operation.
“When I was scheduling to visit the port yesterday, people told me not to inspect the premises as the livelihood of 10,000 people is involved with it. But the most important thing here is the security of the port and the need to operate it in a rightful manner. Seize the ship that is involved with the rice smuggling operation.” Pawan said.
The way in which Pawan ordered to seize the ship is unlike anything we have seen in the past and this is the kind dynamism that everyone wanted to witness from Pawan. The video of Pawan passing this order has started to trend big time on social media and expectedly so.
