AP CM Chandrababu will embark on an international journey starting from January 19 (after Sankranthi festival) to attract investments for the state.
Since taking office, Chandrababu has consistently focused on boosting investments in Andhra Pradesh, having already invited several companies to set up their operations in the state.
Additionally, some companies that had previously shown interest in investing but were deterred during the YCP tenure are now being invited again by the Chief Minister. Chandrababu has expressed confidence that these companies will soon begin investing in the state.
Notably, in a bid to draw foreign investments, Minister Lokesh visited the United States a couple of months ago. Now, CM Chandrababu, along with ministers Nara Lokesh, Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy, Payyavula Keshav, and others, is preparing for a significant trip to Davos, Switzerland, where the World Economic Forum will be held from January 20 to 24.
The WEF in Davos will bring together global business leaders, investors, and top executives. During this forum, Chandrababu and his team aim to showcase the positive developments in Andhra Pradesh since the change in government, including improved law and order, investment opportunities, and a pro-business environment.
At the Davos summit, the Chief Minister plans to present Andhra Pradesh’s key initiatives, such as its focus on technological governance, renewable energy, smart cities, and infrastructure development. These projects, along with the state’s overall investment potential, will be showcased to attract global investors.
The goal of this trip is clear: to bring international investors to Andhra Pradesh and promote the state as an attractive destination for business and development.
