Viral Pic: AP Minister Turns Farmer

Nimmala Rama Naidu, Andhra Pradesh’s Minister for Water Resources, has once again showcased his grounded nature and connection to his roots. Despite holding a significant ministerial position with all the perks and privileges, he continues to stay true to his origins. Known for his clean political image and dedication to public service, the minister has earned the trust of his party and constituents alike.

Representing Palakollu, Rama Naidu has remained free from controversies and has consistently focused on serving the people. His hard work for the party over the years earned him his ministerial role, but he still carries the humility of a grassroots leader.

This was evident recently during the Sankranthi festival when Rama Naidu was seen engaging in farm work at his native village. Videos and pictures of him spraying pesticides on his paddy fields, carrying a sprayer on his back, and working under the sun quickly went viral on social media.

Speaking on the occasion, Rama Naidu expressed joy in performing his own farm tasks, stating that it keeps him connected to his roots. He highlighted the government’s commitment to improving farmers’ lives, emphasizing the efforts to ensure profitable farming practices.

He proudly mentioned that for the first time in five years, farmers in Andhra Pradesh have been receiving payments for their paddy sales within 48 hours, a milestone achieved under the alliance government. The minister also assured that more farmer-friendly initiatives are in the pipeline to support the agricultural community.
