After having gone unnecessarily abusive against Chandrababu and his family during YCP tenure, and even destroying the TDP office in Gannavaram, Vallabhaneni Vamsi is facing the legal repercussions.
Vamsi was sentenced to remand by the Vijayawada SC/ST court regarding the kidnap case involving a man named Satyavardhan. Now that Vamsi has been locked up and being investigated, the AP police are said to be cracking down on the series of events leading into the kidnap.
Reportedly, Vamsi wasn’t just a perpetrator in the case, as suspected earlier, but he indeed had a direct role to play in the kidnap operation. The police are said to be investigating this course of action now.
Reportedly, after Satyavardhan came to Vijayawada court for testimony, he was allegedly taken back in a Creta car to Hyderabad by Vamsi himself. The police are reportedly collecting conclusive evidence on this matter. This incident happened on February 10 and the police are now tracing down where Vamsi was on this very day.
According to media reports, the police have footage from Vamsi’s house in Raidurg where he is seen accumulating his men and taking Satyavardhan to the 27th floor of the building.
If this video evidence is substantiated and presented in court, Vamsi could go from being the perpetrator and conspirator in the case to a principal culprit which could change the course of the entire case. This could land him in serious trouble and get elongated remand sentence.
