The strained relationship within the YS family has become a topic of misery for the hardcore followers of the legacy household. In fact, it has reached a point where Vijayamma had to approach the NCLT court and claim that Jagan and Bharathi are tormenting her and her daughter Sharmila through fabricated cases.
In the counter filed by Vijayamma against an earlier case from Jagan, where he stated that the shares in Saraswati Power company belong to him and that he gifted them to Sharmila and Vijayamma, the latter denied the truth of this statement.
Vijayamma stated that she owns 99.75% of the shares in the company and neither Jagan nor Sharmila have any claim in this matter. She countered by saying that the political rivalry between Jagan and Sharmila has led to this case.
“My son and daughter-in-law dragging me to court over this property dispute is tormenting me. But I would like to reaffirm that I’m the sole owner of the shares in the company. Neither Jagan nor Sharmila have any claim to it.”
While Jagan asserts that he is the majority shareholder in the company and is even pushing to reclaim the gift deeds he earlier gave to Sharmila and Vijayamma, it appears that Vijayamma has a different story to tell. She now claims that Jagan has no involvement with this company in the first place, yet he is still dragging her to court over property disputes with his sister Sharmila.
This ugly fallout in the YS family between mother, son, and daughter was not expected, even in the worst dreams of YS family supporters, but sadly, that is the case now. The matters have reached the court and tribunals, which is not a good sight.
