Earlier in the day today, former YCP leader, Vijay Sai Reddy came up with an explosive statement as he said the coterie surrounding Jagan humiliated him and led to his departure from the party. He noted that the second grade leaders in YCP him from Jagan, which eventually lead to his downfall.
Reddy did not mince his words about Jagan either. “Jagan said, I lost my character due to political pressure and bowed down. But he must not that I am a man of character and did not bow to anyone. If Jagan doesn’t get rid of the coterie around him, the future is going to be very tough”.
As expected YSR Congress did not have any good faith for Sai Reddy and the hit back at him with as much vigour.
Kalyani Govardhan Reddy, who is a trusted orator for Jagan from Nellore has hit back at Sai Reddy. “This Vijay Sai Reddy said he is retiring from politics and agriculture and even promised on Tirumala Venkanna. But here he is again, speaking about politics. Doesn’t he have any sort of credibility? It appears that Sai Reddy is a part of the diversion politics that are being played by Chandrababu. We are getting a doubt, whether he is working under the instructions of Chandrababu.”
ICP went to the extent where they labelled Vijay Sai Reddy as a sympathiser. Notably Vijay Sai has the history of working with Raja Reddy, Rajasekhar Reddy and also Jaganmohan Reddy but YCP’s Kahani still had the audacity to label him as CBN sympathiser. This is the last thing that Sai Reddy would have wanted to hear after having devoted almost all of his life to the Y family.
