After Jan & Feb, Jagan Sets Another Deadline

YSRCP Chief and former CM Jagan has set another deadline for taking his party to the public. It’s well known that this has been delayed twice before. Initially, Jagan had announced that he would come to the people starting in January, but later extended the timeline until February. As a result, party workers were eagerly waiting, hoping that their leader would engage with the public in February.

However, Jagan has now pushed this deadline further and set May as the new target. According to recent updates from the party’s central office, Jagan is expected to reach out to the public after the last week of May. He is expected to highlight the government’s anti-people policies and initiate people’s movements. However, the question remains why he has decided to wait until May.

The TDP+ government has set May as the deadline for several welfare schemes, including the “Thalli ki Vandhanam” , input subsidies for farmers, the “Annadata Sukhibhava” program, and mega DSC for providing employment to the unemployed. It is expected that Jagan will step forward after assessing the implementation of these schemes. If any shortcomings are noticed, he is likely to point them out.

On the other hand, while the coalition government has promised to launch these schemes in May, the YSRCP anticipates that there may not be enough cooperation from the treasury. Based on this, the YSRCP has almost concluded that the government will not be able to implement them as promised. As a result, Jagan seems to be planning to wait until May and then step forward. However, the coalition government has decided to go ahead with implementing these schemes, irrespective of the YSRCP’s moves. It remains to be seen how things will unfold.
