A heart breaking video surfaced on social media yesterday where a woman was tied to a tree while her young son was weeping while sitting beside her. It was later established that this woman is named Sirisha and she was being tormented by a loan lender for defaulting Rs 80,000.
Shortly, after this video grabbed the attention on social media, the entire government administration moved on priority and sorted things out. Home Minister, Anita had a video call with the victim while the culprits were ordered to be arrested by the chief minister Chandrababu himself.
A short while back chief minister ChandraBabu took some time of his busy schedule and had a telephonic conversation with the victim lady Sirisha. He went on to assure her about all possible support in the future and said the culprits will be seriously punished.
In the conversation, the victim reportedly told the chief minister that she was attacked multiple times in the past by the lender and expressed her disarray, which reportedly moved Babu.
Babu was general enough to donate ₹5 lakh to the victim’s family as he appeared to be moved by their financial situation.
Social media users are now commenting that it is very good to see the chief minister himself reacting so very positively to a social media video and help a victim in a timely manner. The fact that he instantly donated ₹5 lakh to the family is highlighting the humanitarian side of the incumbent government.
