YSRCP chief Jagan surprised many during his media interaction on Thursday at the party headquarters in Tadepalli, not with his words, but with his appearance. Known for keeping his look simple, Jagan is rarely seen wearing accessories apart from a watch. But this time, a new addition caught everyone’s eye.

A shiny ring on his left middle finger stood out prominently. Every time Jagan raised his hand during the press meet, the ring was clearly visible. Of course, it’s entirely Jagan’s personal choice to wear a ring. But this sudden change in his usually minimal style led to speculation. Observers couldn’t help but draw comparisons to an old incident involving current AP CM Chandrababu Naidu.

Back when Naidu was in the opposition, he once showed off a small steel-like ring worn on his index finger during a public meeting, claiming it helped monitor his health. He had said that the ring kept him alert about his body condition and credited it for his youthful energy and fitness even in his 70s.

Now, years later, Jagan sporting a similar-looking ring though worn on a different finger has drawn some attention.
