After having spent nearly 140 days in Vijayawada, Central Jail, Vallabhaneni Vamsi has finally released on bail yesterday. He finally breathed fresh air as he was let out of prison last afternoon and later arrived at his house in Gannavaram.
Incidentally, Vamsi was given a reasonably good welcome back by the local YSR Congress leadership. They assembled a convoy for him from Vijayawada Jail to his house as they unreasonably held the traffic to create a scene.
Even in front of Vamsi’s house, the traffic was briefly blocked to make it look at a huge commotion is out there to greet him. This was executed by the YCP leadership who is still owning Vamsi.
But on the other hand, there have been reports about Vamsi, possibly contemplating the idea of leaving YCP and quitting politics for good as he’s severely affected by the jailing and reprimanding. Several other leaders, including Kesineni Nani have done the same after failing miserably with YCP.
While these speculations are rife, YCP leadership tried to create a scene regarding Vamsi’s release from jail. But the real question is whether Vamsi had already made up his mind as his time with YCP is an epic disaster as he first lost the sitting seat of Gannavaram, followed by the subsequent reprimanding in jail.
