Jagan’s Physiotherapist Is Tirupati MP Candidate

CM Jagan has chosen his personal physiotherapist Dr Gurumurthy as the candidate for Tirupati Lok Sabha by-election. Gurumurthy has been accompanying Jagan and personally taking care of him. During Padayatra, it was Gurumurthy who constantly treated Jagan. Jagan has finally rewarded Gurumurthy by picking him as the Lok Sabha candidate for Tirupati. Jagan’s decision has shocked many in the party.  Ministers Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, Botsa Satyanarayana are going to make the news public.

Initially, it was speculated that late Balli Durga Prasad’s son would be chosen as the candidate. However, CM Jagan has decided to offer an MLC to Balli Durga Prasad’s family.

While TDP has announced Panabaka Lakshmi as the candidate, CM Jagan seems to have changed the strategy at the last minute and chosen Gurumurthy. BJP is also going to field its candidate. It is not clear yet whether Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena would announce a candidate or back BJP’s candidate. Tirupati Lok Sabha is a SC reserved parliament constituency and the by-election is expected to be held in December.
