Chiranjeevi Responds to Trolls, Clarifies Political Stand

Megastar Chiranjeevi today attended a blood donation drive in Hyderabad, organized in collaboration with Phoenix Foundation. Young actor Teja Sajja also participated in the event and donated blood alongside him.

Speaking at the event, Chiranjeevi expressed his happiness over being associated with blood donation. He said he feels proud when people associate his name with the cause and thanked everyone who donated. He especially appreciated Teja, calling him “like my own son.”

During the event, Chiranjeevi made it clear that he is staying away from politics. He addressed the recent criticism he faced from a few political leaders and stated that he prefers to let his good deeds speak for themselves. He added that he has no intention of responding to negative comments, especially those on social media.

Chiranjeevi recalled an emotional incident where a woman questioned a politician for insulting him. She told the leader that her child survived because of blood from Chiranjeevi’s blood bank, which is why she respects him deeply. Chiranjeevi said such moments are what give him strength.

He also revealed how he first got the idea to start a blood bank. It was after reading an article by a journalist that deeply moved him. Though he never met the writer, Chiranjeevi said he would always be grateful for that inspiration.

Despite speculation about his return to politics, especially after a recent meeting with Telangana CM Revanth Reddy, Chiranjeevi clarified that he is not interested in contesting elections or joining active politics again.

He concluded by thanking his fans across the globe who continue to support his social service efforts and participate in blood donation drives inspired by him.
