Before the 2024 election, the primary notion that was carried by YS Jagan was “Why Not Kuppam”. This was an attempt to demoralise the TDP careers and possibly win the Kuppam seat from the grasp of Chandrababu.
But after the historic defeat in the election, YCP is now in such a position that they’re fighting a losing battle even in Jagan’s home ground of Pulivendula.
For the first time in last 30 years, Pulivendula is observing elections for the ZPTC election. Regardless of the fact that whichever party was in power, the Pulivendula ZPTC seat was outrightly dominated by YS family. But that is not the case, this time as the NDA government has orchestrated a tight election.
The polling has been completed already, and it is reported that the Pulivendula ZPTC election have witnessed the range of 75% voter turnout.
On that note, TDP Andhra Pradesh president Palla Srinivasa Rao confidently announced that the TDP flag is going to fly high in the Pulivendula constituency. He addressed the media a few minutes back and stated that the TDP is going to win this Pulivendula and Ontimitta seats.
This would be the first time in several decades that the TDP flag could be flying high in Pulivendula which is a bastion for the YS family. We would be getting a clear picture of the same once the election result is announced on Thursday.
