It has been nearly 16 months since the formation of the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh and things are starting to look very promising for the state again with resurrected investment opportunities.
This upward trajectory is reflecting in the fact that Chandrababu Naidu is one of the highest ranked chief minister in India when it comes to public approval and transparency. These aren’t any vague numbers and projections either, but the actual reports from leading Indian publication India Today.
According to the latest ranking issued by India Today, based on the best chief ministers in India, Chandrababu has ranked third on the list.
Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath is in the number one position and he is followed by Mamta Banerjee at number two. Then we have Chandrababu in third position, and this is comparatively better when we line it up with the earlier ranking back in August last year, when Chandrababu ranked fifth on the list.
The improved position could be an indication of the fact that Chandrababu has gained more public approval over the last few months. Crucial programs like free RTC travel for women, handicap pension and others appear to be doing the job brilliantly for Babu now.
