YS Jagan had the habit of stepping out and visiting his party leaders in jail. This previously happened for Nandigam Suresh, Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, and Kakani Govardhan Reddy.
However, Jagan categorically avoided meeting Peddireddy Midhun Reddy in jail for whatever reason, and this has become a topic of discussion.
YCP MP Midhun Reddy, who was arrested in connection with the Andhra Pradesh liquor scam, spent 71 days in Rajahmundry Jail, but not once did Jagan meet him. Earlier, there were reports about Jagan planning to meet Midhun inside jail, but it did not actually happen for some reason.
Even when Midhun Reddy was granted conditional bail for a few days to vote in the vice president election, there was no public news about him meeting Jagan.
And now that Midhun Reddy is out of prison for the last few days, strangely, Jagan still hasn’t taken the time to meet his party MP. A few political analysts are opining that Jagan might be fearing the consequences of the liquor scam and that’s why he is keeping Midhun at bay and not meeting him.
Meanwhile, Midhun Reddy has been repeatedly saying he will never leave Jagan no matter what.
