The Telangana government has created a new record with its latest land auction at Raidurg. One acre of land was sold for ₹177 crore, the highest price ever recorded in Telangana.
The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) auctioned 7.67 acres in Hyderabad’s Knowledge City, earning a total of ₹1,357.59 crore. This breaks the previous record of ₹100.75 crore per acre set at Neopolis, Kokapet.
Officials said the strong response from top developers shows the growing trust in Hyderabad’s real estate market and the state’s transparent policies.
TGIIC Managing Director K. Shashanka said the record price proves Hyderabad’s strength as a top business and investment destination.
