The property dispute internally within the YS family has taken ugly turns in the recent past with Jagan approaching Company Tribunal against his own mother Vijayamma and sister Sharmila. He wanted to get back the gift details that he had earlier given to his sister and mother, and got a favourable judgement from the tribunal.
However, the latest that was delivered by relevant appeals court in Chennai comes as a rude shock to Jagan.
The appeal court had made it clear that until further judgement is delivered, all three of Jagan, Bharathi and Vijayamma will continue as the properties of the company.
This is in contrast to the earlier judgement that gave absolute power to Jagan and his wife Bharathi. With Vijayamma also getting as much power in the company, there will be no more unilateral judgements from Jagan in this matter.
Jagan wanted absolute power in this case and that will not be the schematic henceforth in this jurisdiction. This is the last thing Jagan wanted as he needed full control over the company and its operations. The effort to belittle Sharmila and Vijayamma has gone in vein.
