Telugu Desam party is not contesting the upcoming Jubilee Hills election, but it is still so particularly prevalent that both KTR and Revanth Reddy are running their camp campaigns around the yellow brigade.
In his election campaign in Jubilee Hills, earlier this week, KTR mentioned that TDP sympathisers will clearly vote for BRS after witnessing the kind of development activities KCR had done over the last decade.
Reacting to this matter, Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy had a sharp and contradictory reaction.
“This KTR is saying TDP voters will side with them. What makes some think that way? Will TDP supporters vote for BRS because this KTR obstructed protests in Hyderabad when Chandrababu was arrested? Or will they vote because the BRS government tries to mow down the NTR Ghat?” Revanth questioned.
It is very much evident that both Revanth Reddy and KTR are keeping TDP voters as their focal point in the Jubilee Hills election. This perhaps signifies the kind of ground level presents the TDP has given to this day and the kind of influence it can have at the heart of Hyderabad city.
Chandrababu might’ve amicably decided to stay away from Jubilee Hills bi election but the cultural impact of TDP is clearly to be seen as both KTR and Revanth are trying their best to woo the party loyalists.
