Politics Is A Psychological Game: KTR On LED Campaigns

Generally, all the leading politicians follow this formulaic approach when it comes to election campaign. They attend multiple public meetings on an election campaign vehicle and address the crowds in a monotonous manner. 

But in the case of BRS, working president and the star campaigner for the party, KTR, he has tried something out of the ordinary this time for the Jubilee Hills by election. 

The special thing about the KTR campaign this year in Jubilee Hills is the presence of massive Digital boards and LED screens. There is a lot of information that is being presented through these digital boards as they are offering a new visual optic as well.

When asked to clarify on this, KTR revealed that this is the first time in India that digital boards and LED screens are being used in election campaign. “We are using these digital devices to present our campaign through the visual medium. These boards have the data about how Revanth Reddy government cheated on six promises and also his incompetence.” KTR said.

When journalist asked whether it would be better to project those visuals through media and social media handles, KTR replied that it’s always more impactful to experience something live just like how watching a cricket match in the stadium feels more thrilling than watching it on TV. He further added that politics and elections are, in a way, psychological games where connecting directly with people makes all the difference.

KTR then spoke about the time when he wanted to hit back at Revanth Reddy last week when the latter abused him. “I wanted to give it back to Revanth by using a derogatory language. But KCR Garu called me and asked to refrain from anything as such. He told me Revanth Reddy knows he is losing the election, and that is why he is crossing the line. He asked me to remain calm and so did I.”

Well, this Jubilee Hills by election is turning out to be one of the most entertaining electoral campaigns in recent times with both BRS and Congress going to head against each other. The war of words between KTR and Revanth is also through the roof this time.
