Kavitha Is In Full swing, While Sharmila Needs To Gear Up

In what could be considered peculiar development in the Telugu state politics, the female descendants of the KCR and YSR families are left with no other option but to fight and foray for themselves.

Yes, the discussion now is about KCR’s daughter, Kavitha and YSR’s daughter Sharmila. Both of them are having to face a similar career trajectory after a fall off with their male counterparts KTR and Jagan respectively.

Both Kavitha and Sharmila are now having to fight their own political battles, and while the latter has taken the shelter of Congress, the former who was recently sent out of BRS is intending to launch her own party.

When it comes to the recent political activity, it needs to be said that Kavita is much ahead of Sharmila in terms of activeness and availability. She has been covering a wide range of problems and public issues while she is currently on a state wide tour across Telangana.

Kavita is out on a mission to get the much-needed mass touch with public while also building an image for herself outside the BRS walls. She is currently working very hard to gain an image for herself in Telangana, despite the fact that the elections are three years away.

On the other hand, we have a share who has the safe padding of the Congress party and she is comparatively slower than Kavita for the time being.

After the historic 2024 election, it has become a priority to see Sharmila on the ground level as she has been confining her visits largely. Her most recent appearance came after the Montha Cyclone as she stepped out four days after the actual disaster and confined her visitor a media meet, followed by a brief ground tour.

Considering the fact that Jagan and his YCP are politically bleeding after the election, Sharmila is left with the perfect opportunity to gain the image of opposition leader. In the absence of Jagan, who is mainly staying in Bengaluru these days, Sharmila can develop this mass connect.

So the better choice for Sharmila is to get on the ground more frequently and get things done while Jagan is taking things slowly. To put that into perspective, we have the case of Kavita, who is toiling hard already and getting adequate results by projecting herself as a people’s leader.
