Congress opened the counting day on a positive note in the Jubilee Hills by election. In the postal ballot round the party secured a clear early lead, setting the tone for the rest of the counting process. As soon as the first trend came out the political atmosphere in the constituency became lively.
Congress candidate Naveen Yadav ran an active and confident campaign, while Sunitha Maganti from BRS and Deepak Reddy from BJP were the other key contenders. But with Congress pulling ahead in the very first round the discussion across political circles has shifted toward whether the party can maintain this momentum.
With several rounds of counting still ahead, every update is drawing attention as Jubilee Hills remains one of the most important urban constituencies in Telangana.
