After six long years, former CM YS Jagan finally arrived at the CBI Court for hearing in the disproportionate assets case. This incident was watched with a lot of interest from Telugu state political observers.
Incidentally, this was precisely when a video of Jagan at the Nampalli CBI Court went viral on social media.
This viral video captured during the court hearing featured Jagan, who was answering the questions that were being raised by the judge at the CBI court. However, there was several concerns about the legality of this video as it is against the regulation to publicize videos from inside the court without permission.
Now YSR Congress has expectedly announced that they would be taking adequate measures against this court video of Jagan. It has been communicated through Ponnavolu Sudhakar, who was previously the Additional advocate general under the Jagan government that certain legal action would be taken against all those who shared these videos of Jagan inside court.
From the legal standpoint, it is argued that sharing these videos on social platforms is against the court’s legal jurisdiction. In this context, YCP has announced that strong legal measures should be taken against the culprit.
