The principal reason why Telangana, chief minister Revanth Reddy and forced the Hydra Wing in Hyderabad is to restore the government lands and natural water bodies that are occupied by private individuals.
In accordance with this, the HYDRA had been functioning in top gear when it comes to recovering illegally occupied lands.
In this context, a viral video of HYDRA doing a brilliant job in restoring the Nallakunta Cheruvu in Kukatpally area of Hyderabad is grabbing all the attention on social media.
In this viral video, we get to see the Nallakunta Cheruvu going from an illegally occupied piece of land to a fully restored water body again. This water body area had been reportedly falling prey to illegal occupation since 2016 before the Revanth Reddy government finally decided to restore it through HYDRA.
Now the entire area has been recovered from illegal occupation, and the water body is likely to be relaunched formally this December. This is going to be one of the hallmark good works done by the Telangana government through HYDRA and rightly so as well.
