Sell Your Assets In Telangana, Congress MLA Warns Pawan

The strong coordination and energy displayed by the NDA alliance in Andhra Pradesh is clearly making a few political opponents uncomfortable. This was evident from the latest statement by Telangana Congress leader and Jadcherla MLA Anirudh Reddy.

Anirudh Reddy made sharp remarks against Pawan Kalyan as he reacted to the Andhra Pradesh deputy chief minister’s recent comment that “Konaseema came under an evil eye(disti tagilindi) and Konaseema greenery was also a reason for the AP bifurcation.”

The MLA claimed that Pawan Kalyan is not a capable leader and cannot win any election without the support of TDP and BJP. He suggested that the Janasena chief relies entirely on the alliance and should remember that before speaking about Telangana.

“If he is so much in favour of Andhra, why doesn’t he sell his properties in Hyderabad and settle in Andhra Pradesh? People wouldn’t even watch Pawan Kalyan if he wasn’t Chiranjeevi’s brother. Does he have the guts to contest alone?” the MLA said.

Earlier, deputy CM Pawan Kalyan had only made a generic comment about coconut plantations in the Godavari region. There was no intention to offend or provoke people or leaders from Telangana. However, due to the current political atmosphere, some leaders from BRS and Congress like Jagadish Reddy and Anirudh Reddy have started targeting Pawan Kalyan over this issue.
