One of the main standing complaints against the YSR Congress ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh is their blatant ignorance of the opposition party duties. Their constant absence in the Andhra Pradesh assembly is adding to the layer of criticism on them.
And now almost shockingly enough, it is being established that YCP MLAs have done something extremely immoral and illicit.
It is now being established by the moral and ethics committee of the assembly that many of the YCP MLAs have been signing in the assembly register despite skipping the session.
Incidentally, the ethics committee reportedly verified the records from the Assembly register and found that YCP MLAs have signed the attendance register multiple times in 2025 despite not taking part in the assembly session.
The committee is reportedly shocked by the fact that these MLAs had the audacity to sign the attendance register and then skip the actual assembly session. Reportedly, this could have been an attempt to sign the register and get salary and other allowances.
Except Jagan, other YCP MLAs have reportedly been even claiming TA and DA by signing these assembly register despite not partaking in the session. It is now being reported that the ethics committee is contemplating the idea of summoning these MLAs for these illicit actions.
