Actress cum politician Vijayashanthi has been playing hide & seek over her next political course of action. A couple of weeks back she went to New Delhi and met top BJP leaders but things did not materialise. Even though her camp has been giving leaks to the media that very soon she would join BJP, it did not happen.
In fact when Amit Shah visited Hyderabad on Sunday, Vijayashanthi was supposed to take up the saffron flag but it did not take place and still there is no clarity. Amidst rumours that she is still dodging to join BJP, Vijayashanthi gave a big hint when she came out to vote on Tuesday.
Vijayashanthi reached the polling station at Jubilee Hills Road no 12 to cast her vote. After voting, she posed to the camera with her index figure which is marked with ink. But Vijayashanthi was spotted wearing the orange mask and she symbolically hinted that she is going to the saffron fold very soon.
Meanwhile as of 1 PM, the voting percentage reported is 18.20 percent. Gudimalkapur reported the highest voting percentage of 49.19 percent.
