We do not know if Naga Babu is confused in Politics or if he is confusing everyone with his Political Moves. But there is a lot of ambiguity as far as his career is concerned.
In the 2019 elections, we have seen him contest and lose from Narasapuram in West Godavari district. He came a distant third despite a strong Kapu Community. Subsequently, Janasena also lost that election very badly.
In 2024 elections, he was supposed to contest from Anakapalle Lok Sabha constituency but then, Janasena had to sacrifice the seat for the BJP. Naga Babu did not contest in that election. He was nominated to the Council in April 2025.
The ambiguity did not stop after he became an MLC. Rumors have started that Pawan Kalyan wants to send him to Rajya Sabha. In case that happens, Pawan Kalyan may push the BJP High Command to make him the first Union Minister from Janasena. There are no Rajya Sabha MPs from Janasena so far.
And then, Naga Babu is repeatedly touring Etcherla constituency in Srikakulam. He even had the Janasena Formation Day Celebrations in the constituency, the other day.
There are enough indications that Naga Babu wants to contest from that seat in 2029.
Etcherla has a strong Kapu population. In the previous elections, BJP contested from that seat and won. Janasena has to convince the BJP and take the seat for Naga Babu.
In less than one year of becoming an MLC, Naga Babu also has his eyes on Rajya Sabha and is also working on contesting as an MLA in 2029 elections.
