HC Rejects Three Pleas Against Naidu, YCP in Shock

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has dismissed a set of petitions related to the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case, putting an end to fresh legal challenges around the issue. The petitions were filed by former YCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, seeking multiple directions in the case.

Among the key demands were a request to transfer the investigation to the CBI, cancellation of bail granted to CM Chandrababu Naidu, and shifting the case from the ACB court to a special court for MPs and MLAs.

The Inner Ring Road case has been politically sensitive, with allegations in the past claiming that the road alignment was altered to benefit certain individuals. However, these claims have faced legal scrutiny over time.

The AP High Court made it clear that the petitions lacked merit and dismissed all three. This has come as a setback for YCP, putting the party in a tough spot after seeking action against AP CM Chandrababu Naidu.
