Lokesh’s 6 Cr Promise Upheld: Punarvika Lives On!

The most important quality for any politician beyond any political apprehensions or implications is the humanitarian approach. It appears that NaraLokesh has this in abundance, and this has come to the rescue of a year-old girl child in Andhra Pradesh. 

1-year old girl named Punarvika has been suffering from an extremely rare genetic mutation that affects the muscles and internal organs. She requires a costly Zolgensma syringe that costs $2 million which roughly converts to ₹16 or 17 crore. 

This situation of the young girl child created a social media sensation, and there was a huge crowd funding operation to pull enough financial resources for the injection close to 10 crore.

But at the end of the day, the Andhra Pradesh government had to intervene and arrange the additional fund 6 crore required as the family did not have the financial support to afford the investigation. 

This is exactly where Lokesh entered the scene and he has now kept up his promise of saving the innocent girl from the spinal muscular atrophy condition that had been affecting her. He arranged the additional financial resources on behalf of the government and procured the injection from abroad which has now saved her life.
