The collective spirit of the NDA alliance in Andhra Pradesh is keeping things together at the Government level but there are these occasional disturbances that are foiling the spirit to a certain degree.
Yesterday, it was the case of the public fallout in Pawan Kalyan’s Pithapuram where TDP’s Varma fired on local JSP leaders for ignoring protocol and not using CM Chandrababu’s photo in the assembled posters and flexes.
The matter was so serious that social media burned up with these videos and conversations all day yesterday. And now the matter has reached chief minister Chandrababu, who is expectedly, furious with what is happening.
Apparently, CM Chandrababu spoke with TDP president, Palla Srinivasa Rao on this matter and expressed his disappointment over what happened. He reportedly reprimanded the TDP AP wing president and demanded that such issues do not happen again.
It is heard that Chandrababu got infuriated with the fact that a full brawl broke out over the photos and imagery on a simple poster. He does not want such distasteful behaviour to repeat over petty issues like posters and flexes.
But at the same time, local TDP supporters are backing Varma as they’re of the opinion that such protocol management must be held in priority as not having the CM’s photo on an official program isn’t something to be taken lightly.
The important thing here is that the sanctity of the alliance must be upheld at the central level and this is where the majority of the administration and consequential decisions are taken.
