The biggest investment in the history of Andhra Pradesh and perhaps one of the biggest projects in all of India is unfolding very soon as Google is entering the Vizag market with a massive data centre.
This data centre and AI innovation hub is going to be established in Vizag very soon and the foundation ceremony for the same scheduled to be held on April 28.
Chief minister, Chandrababu Naidu will be taking part in this Ground breaking ceremony that is scheduled in a couple of days from now. He said to be excited about the prospect of bringing a mass of $15 billion investment to Vizag, which will operate as the financial hub of the state.
The government took a landmark initiative by permitting to procure their own power supply to this data centre. This is the first time in India that a state government has permitted a private company to procure its own power and could be a visionary move.
The preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony at the Google data centre launch site have been initiated already and they’re planned to be held on a vast scale.
This project involves a lot of financial resources that could enhance the financial scene of Andhra Pradesh And this was made due to the consistent efforts and persistence of IT Minister Lokesh who was on the job from start to finish.
The arrival of Google and the kind of amenities that it is being provided by the Andhra Pradesh government could very well encourage more global companies to look at the state as a possible entity.
