Tamil Nadu completed its electoral process for the assembly elections on April 23, and the results are going to come out on May 4. In the meanwhile, the exit polls have arrived today and let’s have a look at the numbers.
All the major media channels and psephologist agencies have projected a clear win for the DMK alliance.

All the reports are suggesting that DMK will retain power in Tamil Nadu, which is going to be the first time in many decades that a party is able to successfully win the election for the second term.
Thalapathy Vijay is also likely to create impact with TVK which is projected to win double digit seats. Despite the alliance with AIDMK, the NDA is not looking set for a favourable result.
We now have to wait for the actual counting to happen on May 4, and this is when the fate of Tamil Nadu will be decided.
