Promotion For Bandi Sanjay?

After taking charge as Telangana BJP chief, Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay did really work hard for the party. His efforts can be seen with the results of Dubbaka by-poll and GHMC elections. Yet Bandi Sanjay isn’t slowing down and now he is busy working on the Nagarjuna Sagar by-elections.

Seeing all these efforts, PM Modi may give a special gift to Bandi Sanjay. It is strongly rumoured that the central BJP leadership is contemplating to give a promotion to Bandi Sanjay. Well, it is to induct him in the central cabinet. From the Telugu states, there is only one central minister and he is Kishan Reddy. The BJP leadership is now planning to give a full portfolio to Kishan Reddy and make Bandi Sanjay as Minister for State.

However, in BJP it’s a tradition that it will not offer ministry to the ones who head the party. As Telangana BJP chief, Bandi Sanjay is super busy yet to strengthen the party, it needs to have central ministers as they can reach out to more and more people.

Simultaneously BJP is also in thoughts to nominate any leader from Telangana to Rajya Sabha or to pick any of the four MPs for the central ministry. DK Aruna and Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Aravind may get a call if BJP leadership drops the idea of promoting Bandi Sanjay. Overall, the BJP is working on many things to grow from strength to strength in Telangana.

Meanwhile, Bandi Sanjay is in New Delhi along with Kishan Reddy and some state leaders of Telangana. Sanjay is expected to meet PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, some Unioin Ministers. This is first ever meeting for Bandi Sanjay with party’s senior leaders after GHMC result where party did show commendable growth. Bandi Sanjay is also going to meet Union Ministers Prakash Javadekar, Smriti Irani and thank them for compaigning in the GHMC.
