Modi’s Open Offer To Revanth: Too Much Digging?

The prime minister of India Narendra Modi was in Hyderabad for an elongated, political and public visit and he even happened to share the stage with chief minister Revanth Reddy. This was precisely when Modi made an open offer to Revanth Reddy.

Prime Minister commented that he is ready to help the Telangana chief minister to the fullest capacity, if he is ready to join hands with him. He promised to take Revanth to the right destination if he is ready to join the hands. ( and smiles )

This was a surprising comment from the prime minister, which immediately grabbed a lot of attention on social media and people had diverse opinions on the same. Many people commented that Modi is perhaps inviting Revanth to join BJP as he gave an open offer on stage.

However, it appears that people are taking too much into this casual comment that was made by Modi on stage. This might have been a generic comment from the prime minister to invite Revanth to join him with the notion to develop India as a whole.

Fundamentally speaking, Revanth Reddy has a bright future in Congress after having let the party to power for the first time in Telangana. He has already built himself a strong team within the Congress and has the trust of Rahul Gandhi as well. It is purely logical to think about him switching loyalty towards BJP at this point in time.

BJP might have strong aspirations for Telangana, but they will opt for other alternatives rather than go after their main counterpart Congress’s chief minister which will go down very badly in the public.

So it appears that certain social media users are digging too deep into the generic comments made by the Prime Minister about his formal invite to Revanth.
