Bharat Ratna For NTR – Now or Never!

On the second day of Mahanadu, Telugu Desam Party moved a resolution unanimously demanding Bharat Ratna, the Highest Civilian Award to its Founder NT Ramarao.

TDP Chief and Chief Minister Chandrababu stated that conferring the Bharat Ratna upon NTR who stood as a symbol of the Telugu people’s self-respect is the demand of all the people.

The Mahanadu opined that it is the fitting respect to the Legend who bestowed exemplary services to the state and the country.

Probably, this is the best time for the TDP to pressure the Center to make the Bharat Ratna happen.

The Narendra Modi Government at the Center is dependent on TDP’s numbers. The BJP is also a part of the Government in Andhra Pradesh.

We do not know if such a scenario happens once again in future. So, the best time to get the Bharata Ratna is now, opined many NTR fans.

According to the rules and established traditions, Spouse receives the Bharat Ratna from the President of India when the award is announced posthumously.

Obviously, Lakshmi Parvathi had to receive it for NT Ramarao.

That would pain millions of his fans and admirers for all that Lakshmi Parvathi did to NTR in his final days.

That is the only pain point in the entire issue.

Moreoever, Lakshmi Parvathi had joined hands with Jagan Mohan Reddy by joining YSR Congress and is trying to bring disdain for the party started by NTR himself.
