The Story Behind Kavitha’s Yellow Flag For TRS

Kalvakuntla Kavitha recently announced her new party – TRS (Telangana Rakshana Sena). She announced Yellow as her Party Colour.

Yellow is the official color of the Telugu Desam Party and so, since the announcement, there are speculations and conspiracy theories in the Political Circles. Kavitha was asked about it in a TV interview.

“The color yellow has existed since the very inception of the earth. It would be unjust to claim that it belongs exclusively to the Telugu Desam party,” she said.

“For us, the people of Nizamabad, yellow holds deep sentimental value. After all, turmeric which is yellow is the primary crop cultivated in Nizamabad. We harbor an incredibly strong emotional attachment to it,” Kavitha who previously represented Nizamabad in Parliament said.

Kavitha’s husband, Devanapalli Anil Kumar, is a native of Potangal village in the Bodhan assembly segment of the Nizamabad district. She also revealed a women-sentiment reason for opting yellow.

“Throughout our entire lives, right up until our dying breath, we, as women, cherish and desire the blessings of Pasupu Kumkuma (turmeric and vermilion). Therefore, as a woman, yellow is a color that is very dear to my heart,” she said.

Kavitha has a clear explanation but these conspiracy theories will continue because the BRS will always try to associate everything bad with Chandrababu Naidu and the Telugu Desam Party.

But then, to call Kavitha who is KCR’s blood as Chandrababu Naidu’s agent is a big insult to KCR himself.
