Janasena Will Contest In Telangana: Pawan Kalyan!

The political atmosphere in Telangana has once again turned intense with Janasena supremo and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan entering the scene in the aftermath of recent issues. After being denied police permission to hold a public gathering, Pawan addressed a press meet just a while ago at his Jubilee Hills residence in Hyderabad.

Addressing the recent controversial remarks made by some individuals who targeted Pawan Kalyan and also questioned his right to enter Hyderabad, he asked, “Who are you to threaten me? Does Telangana belong to your ancestors? Should I stay quiet and live in fear just because you talk as you like?”

Not holding himself back, Pawan Kalyan made a big announcement that Janasena is going to enter the political fray in Telangana from now onwards. He stated that he had no intentions until today to contest in Telangana, but the recent issue have now pushed him to strengthen the party and take active participation in the upcoming elections.

“Jana Sena will definitely contest in elections in 2029,” he said. I myself will tour the entire State, speak on all issues and fight against injustices. “Telangana is part of India, don’t forget it,” said Pawan Kalyan.

Pawan clarified that he was never against the formation of Telangana itself, but rather against the unconstitutional and chaotic manner in which the state bifurcation was executed in Parliament.

Addressing a recent controversy involving an independent political analyst, Pawan explained that he was initially unaware that a police case had been filed against the individual and he immediately requested the cases to be dropped. He added that despite all this, he faced continuous abuse during subsequent press meets at the Press Club.

The highlight of the entire speech is when Pawan Kalyan openly questioned “Is a person from Andhra going to be blamed for every single problem in Telangana?” These words received a big cheer from the crowd.

Responding to allegations regarding lake encroachment, Kalyan addressed Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy directly: “If it is proven that I have encroached upon any land, the government is free to seize it immediately.”

He also challenged the government to pass a resolution in the state assembly to stop Pawan Kalyan from entering the state. He also reminded critics of his past political goodwill, noting how he warmly welcomed BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) when the latter expanded his party into Andhra Pradesh, and how he didn’t protest when former Janasena leaders defected to BRS.

Pawan Kalyan’s fiery speech has now become a talking point in both political circles and the general public of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
