Is Vijay Launching Cinema Star In Own Seat?

The kind of political significance that Thalapathy Vijay has gained in the recent Tamil Nadu election is phenomenal. He got elected as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu in his very first attempt, and it has been many decades since something like this had happened.

It appears that Vijay is potentially contemplating the launch of another cinema star in his own political party TVK.

For the last few days, there have been extensive reports about choreographer and actor Raghava Lawrence possibly contesting on TVK behalf in Trichy East constituency. This Assembly constituency was earlier contested and one by Vijay and he vacated it later after having won from Perambur as well, which constituted a by election.

In view of the ongoing speculations about Raghava Lawrence, possibly contesting Trichy East, he said “Hi everyone, News about me contesting in Trichy East election has been circulating across various media platforms.”

Lawrence confirmed that he Is currently busy shooting for Benz, and the schedule ends on 10th. “With my mother’s blessings, An important decision regarding my life will be announced on 11th, Thursday at 9:30 am.,” he posted.

It is evident that Lawrence would be throwing a crucial update on his political career on Thursday. The fact that he is having to set up a conference to address the same could be indicating that he has something big to announce now.

Lawrence has a clean image, and he also has a reputation of being a philanthropist as he frequently reacts to calls for helps for medical care on social media. Perhaps his inclusion can enhance the image of TVK as well, but we have to see if this would actually be the case.
