Kadiyam Srihari About Lokesh, Lack Of Awareness?

Former Telangana Minister Kadiyam Srihari made some interesting comments about Nara Lokesh in an interview.

“Lokesh still comes across as someone who remains in his father’s shadow. He needs to prove himself. Chandrababu Naidu is projecting his son as a leader. Why is Lokesh by Chandrababu’s side at every meeting? Are there no senior leaders in the party?,” Kadiyam Srihari said.

Lokesh is not being projected as a leader after Chandrababu Naidu became the Chief Minister.

He took the mantle way before the 2024 elections by doing a Padayatra. He led the party when Chandrababu Naidu was arrested.

He proved himself by winning a very difficult Mangalagiri seat. It is a sensational victory in Mangalagiri with a whopping 91,413 votes majority. Mangalagiri is one constituency TDP did not win after 1989.

Lokesh emerged from the ashes like a Phoenix when there was a malicious propaganda to paint him as Pappu.

So, there is nothing like Lokesh is being projected as a leader after Chandrababu Naidu became the Chief Minister. As far as the next step is concerned, it will depend on the acceptance in the people and the party.

Before anything else, Kadiyam Srihari should speak about how he projected his daughter Kadiyam Kavya as a leader when he was the Deputy Chief Minister in KCR’s Government.

It is not fair to criticize him for not knowing Andhra Politics enough but Kadiyam Srihari should confine himself to Telangana politics.

He is in the problem of not saying which party he belongs to – the one he is elected from or the one he is currently in.
