Firebrand Malla Reddy Leaving BRS? What’s Happening?

After losing the 2023 Telangana assembly election, the BRS has been trying extremely hard to maintain a stable base in the state. But things are not entirely positive as the party has been losing out on several senior leaders on a consistent basis.

Incidentally, the discussion has opened up about one of the firebrand and senior leaders associated with the party, Malla Reddy. He has publicly acknowledged the recent speculations about his departure from the BRS.

Malla Reddy attended a birthday event today and said BRS workers have started to ignore him as he is distancing himself from the party. “ It has been barely a few days since I’m moving away from BRS and the supporters are already deserting me.” Malla Reddy said at the meeting.

This comes at a time when Malla Reddy had been getting away from the BRS operations and is not even attending the party meetings. It has been a long time since he arrived at the Telangana Bhawan, which is the BRS head office.

Reddy had been enclosed contact with BJP Senior leaders for a long time now, and he even tried to get into Congress, but this move was blocked by chief minister Revanth Reddy.

At this rate, it could be a matter of time before Malla Reddy permanently leaves the BRS and goes towards BJP or Congress. This would be one of the big political developments in Telangana once it happens.
