It is already known that the Telangana High Court had been furious with the method of operations of Hydraa under the leadership of Ranganath. This was largely due to the fact that Hydraa was operating as an independent body and was allegedly dismissive of the court orders on certain occasions.
Reportedly there are about 63 pending Contempt of Court cases on Ranganath and he was always under the radar of the Telangana High Court, who had been repeatedly commenting against him.
And today, the Telangana High Court has reportedly expressed strong displeasure over the functioning of HYDRAA and directed the Chief Secretary to find a suitable replacement for Ranganath.
During the last hearing the Telangana High Court said they will have to bring in the Army to ensure that Ranganath operates legally. At that point of time, the Advocate General Sudarshan Reddy requested on his behalf that he will follow orders.
So now there are two possible outcomes, which are looking evident if we look at the Telangana High Court orders. It appears that the court really wants to replace the Hydraa chief with someone new in the place of Ranganath. Else he can obey the orders of the court and start operating within the guidelines.
