‘Anna Champindi Manolle….’ Jagan’s Leaked Phonecall

YS Jagan and the YSRCP have yet again been caught off-guard. This time, the issue is the murder of a youth in Palnadu. A video of Jagan’s phone conversation with the victim’s father, Navuluri Bhaskar Reddy, has surfaced and put the YSRCP in a difficult spot. The conversation has also allegedly exposed internal rivalry and factionism within the party.

Going into the details, YSRCP youth leader Navuluri Chennareddy from Palnadu district was brutally murdered. Chennareddy was reportedly travelling alone on a two-wheeler from Macherla on Thursday night when unidentified persons allegedly followed him in vehicles and hit his bike. He was later allegedly attacked and his throat was slit. Chennareddy’s body was reportedly abandoned in fields beside the road. His father, Bhaskar Reddy, and supporters later shifted the body to the government hospital in Gurazala.

When former Macherla MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy and his brother Venkata Ramireddy visited the hospital, victim’s family and friends confronted them, allegedly accusing them of being responsible for the murder. The victim’s uncle, Ranga Reddy, also reportedly alleged that a factional fight involving the Pinnelli brothers had led to the murder. These are serious allegations and would require investigation by the police.

Jagan’s Leaked Phone Call Video

The incident took another turn when Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy reportedly connected Bhaskar Reddy with Jagan over the phone at the hospital. Jagan asked what had happened and expressed shock over the murder. During the conversation, Bhaskar Reddy repeatedly told Jagan that the people allegedly involved were “our own YSRCP people” ( Anna Champindi Manolle .. ) and not outsiders or members of another political party.

Jagan then asked whether the murder had been carried out with the support of an MLA. Bhaskar Reddy reportedly replied that it was not about an MLA and again insisted that the people involved were from within their own group. Jagan then reportedly said, “Sorry, brother.” After the phone call was handed back to Pinnelli, he reportedly told Jagan that Bhaskar Reddy’s grandson was also present. Jagan then asked them to take care of Bhaskar Reddy.

TDP Steps Up Attack

The phone conversation comes as a solid proof for the TDP to attack Jagan and the YSRCP over alleged factionism and “murder” politics. While Jagan has been targeting the Chandrababu Naidu government over the DSC issue and other matters, the TDP is expected to turn the focus back on the YSRCP’s internal problems and the allegations surrounding the murder of its own party worker. For the YSRCP, the whole issue became a headache.
