Konda Surekha Fired, Daughter Cries In Front Of Media!

Telangana politics witnessed something pretty significant in the form of the dismissal of Konda Surekha from the cabinet position. This is due to the recent allegations about the corruption in the endowment department, and also the fact that Surekha’s daughter Sushmita had been speaking against CM Revanth frequently.

The decision to fire Surekha from the cabinet was a tough one, but chief minister Revanth Reddy executed it very effectively.

And now there is another interesting development regarding Surekha’s daughter Sushmita as she cried out loud in front of the Media. She was seen crying out loud with tears, rolling down her eyes while speaking about the recent developments.

Sushmita pointed out that she could have faced the consequences for her earlier comments against chief Minister Revanth Reddy, and it was extremely unprofessional to go after her mother Surekha.

“Why should my mother pay the price when I was the one who made those comments? Is there no individual approach in Telangana Congress? If they feel that I did something wrong, they can arrest me and prosecute me. There is no reason to go after my mother just because I said something. I still stand by my comments.” Sushmita said while she was crying out loud.

It was these highly aggressive comments against Revanth Reddy and his credibility that landed the family in this situation. Expressing dissatisfaction is one thing, but what Sushmita did was challenge Revanth and say that even his father could not stop her from getting an MLA ticket and winning.

All the consequences have piled up big time now and resulted in the firing of Surekha. Now, there might be a lot resentment and regret but the damage has been done already.
