Revanth Reddy Tightens His Grip!

The action against Konda Surekha seems to have straightened the others as well in the Congress Party.

Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, who has been waging a war against the Chief Minister for not giving him a cabinet berth, seems to be entering the silent zone.

After Surekha’s removal, he publicly stated that the high command’s decision is final, that cabinet berths and expansion are the high command’s call, and that he will abide by Rahul Gandhi’s decision.

This is only an indication that the Chief Minister is gaining more control over the party after Konda Surekha’s ousting.

After the removal, other parties like BRS and BJP immediately announced that they would not admit the Konda Couple into their parties.

We have seen Surekha’s daughter, Sushmitha, coming before the media and crying for her mother.

Meanwhile, Congress In-charge, Meenakshi Natarajan, is going to London on the 13th of this month.

She will be pursuing a course for 10 months there at the London School of Economics. That means she will be away from the Party Affairs till then.

That means there will be no other involvement in the party except for the Chief Minister’s.

The Cabinet Expansion may also take place during this period.

These are good times for the Chief Minister to stamp his authority and gain control.
