Adilabad AIMIM President Farooq Mohammed opened fire with his licensed gun on two people Zameer and Motheshaan injuring them from a close range. He also attacked one other person Mannan with his talwar. All three are said to be severely injured.
The ghastly incident happened in the Thatiguda area of Adilabad town. The previous rivalry between them triggered a scuffle again, according to the police. The Telangana police registered u/s 307 IPC (attempt of murder) and under Indian Arms Act petition to cancel the gun license.
The injured are shifted to RIMS. Adilabad MLA Jogu Ramanna met the injured at the hospital. Farooq Mohammed is absconding.
