Another Sensational Statement From CJI

The election commission chief of India, Gyanesh Kumar is facing several complaints regarding his operation procedures. This matter has reached the climax expo position now with the cockroach Janata party, announcing countrywide protest against him.

Now this matter has reached the Supreme Court as Gyanesh Kumar came under the judicial radar regarding the orders that he had earlier issued during the West Bengal SIR procedure.

However, the strange thing here is that the Supreme Court declined to advance the hearing in the West Bengal SIR matter concerning over 18,000 appeals stated to be pending before the appellate authorities.

CJI Surya Kant remarked that “These are only by-elections, that’s all,” after counsel submitted that affected voters risked missing out on voting for a second time.

Amid this, CJI Surya Kant has once again come under discussion following his recent remarks. He has faced criticism and debate several times in recent months over his statements, including the “cockroaches” remark that led to the formation of the “Cockroach Janata Party” and sparked a political debate. Now, many feel his latest by election related remarks could trigger another major political controversy.

As per reports, Allegedly Gyanesh Kumar had passed more than 14 orders during the West Bengal election, despite certain objections that were raised by the election commission itself. It is now being suspected that whether he operated beyond Election commission lines, which is completely against the constitution.

But for now, the Supreme Court has refused to hear these cases and postponed the hearing to a later date. In the meanwhile, the cockroach janta party is preparing for wide protests, demanding the resignation of Gyanesh. These protests are going to start on October 2 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.
